Access to the service is based on the purchase and consumption of credits. While we strive to ensure maximum availability, temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
You agree to use Takao in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content you generate, upload, or distribute through the platform.
It is strictly prohibited to use the service to create or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties. Any violation will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Your creations: You retain full ownership of the content you generate using the platform, provided that you hold all necessary rights to any source material used (for example, imported third-party videos).
Our platform: All elements that make up Takao, including but not limited to source code, algorithms, models, design, branding, and logos, remain the exclusive property of the publisher.
Services are accessed through the purchase of one-time credit packs. In accordance with regulations governing digital content delivered on intangible media, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable. The right of withdrawal does not apply once credit usage has begun, meaning as soon as a generation process is launched.
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. While we rely on advanced technologies, we do not guarantee that AI-generated results will always be accurate, error-free, or fully aligned with your expectations. The publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of business, loss of data, or any damages resulting from the use of the service.
